Hunter Valley Wildlife Park Keepers want to take you for an up close and personal experience with our resident African lions! It does not get much more personal than feeding one of the largest predators in the world.

Please note: We cannot accommodate walkers or wheelchairs on the feeding platform.

What’s Included?
A Zoo keeper will be there to answer any questions and tell you all about this fascinating species.
Encounter photography package includes ONE 6″x 9″ Print with a digital download code for the printed image. Additional images can be purchased with our upgrade option – Digital Photography Package.
Cost $150 Per Person or $250 for 2 people.
(Price does not include admission into the zoo)
Maximum of 2 people per Encounter.

General Admission is not included.
Our animal’s welfare is our top priority and will be determined by a Hunter Valley Wildlife Keeper. Participants must be able and willing to follow instructions given by any wildlife park staff and keepers. By entering the encounter, participants agree to act in a safe, appropriate and respectful manner at all times. Encounter participants are to meet a keeper at the meeting point for a safety brief and introduction to the encounter before entering the enclosure.

We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice prior to your encounter for any changes made to your booking.
Encounter Tickets are non-refundable.
GUESTS MUST BE AT THE MEETING POINT 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ENCOUNTER.

BLACK & WHITE RUFFED LEMUR ENCOUNTER

Get close to ruffed Lemurs at Hunter Valley Wildlife Park.  These critically endangered primates are a social animal and your encounter might even feature two Lemurs!
